Every engagement starts the same way — not by building a model from scratch, but by tuning an already-validated simulation harness to your emergency department’s own numbers. From there, three ways to work together.
1 · Proof of Result — $1,000
A narrow, fast test of whether the harness, tuned to your hospital’s own data, can credibly show your intervention working. If it can’t, the engagement stops here — no further fee. This fee credits toward Stage 2 if you continue.
2 · Validated Result Engagement — $5,000 reference / $12,000–$15,000 standard
Full tuning of the harness to your department and thorough scenario testing, then a coached DMAIC/kaizen bolt-on where your own Green or Black Belts are mentored through Analyze/Improve using the simulation as the test bench — capability that sticks, not just a one-off report.
3 · Sustain — ~$1,500/year
An annual retainer covering continued access and recalibration as your own real timestamp data replaces literature-sourced estimates. Offered only after Stage 2 completes.
Research Partnership — No-Cost Pilot Program
A limited first cohort of hospitals can access the full harness-tuning-and-scenario-testing scope above at no cost, in exchange for real operating data and permission to use the results as a case study. Reach out to ask whether a spot is currently open.
Risk-Reversal Options
We only underwrite metrics we control — a guarantee is scoped to the lever actually moved, not a downstream number an outside bottleneck could sink.
Predict-and-verify
A target with a confidence band, in writing, before work begins — no fee at risk. Available at every tier.
Success-fee (standard rate only)
30–40% of the engagement fee is contingent on hitting the pre-agreed metric.
Fix-it-free (standard rate only)
Re-run and coach corrective cycles at no additional charge until the result lands, or the target is jointly agreed to have been wrong.
